Welcoming Italians to my Wagashi sweets class 🇯🇵!!


The international guests of my Japanese Wagashi sweets class in Sapporo and I really enjoyed a day together. They learned how to make Nerikiri at the hands-on workshop.

I'm preparing Nerikiri bean paste using plant based colors. Everything is a natural color!!

Washoku was added to the UNESCO Heritage list.

You can learn about Washoku from us who are experienced decorative sushi roll and wagashi ( japanese sweets ) instructors.

We welcome international guests to our Sushi Roll and Wagashi Preparation School in Sapporo.
