The international guests of my sushi class in Sapporo and I really enjoyed a day together. They learned how to make Wagashi at the hands-on workshop.
We went to see the Buddha statue in Takino cemetery also. This Buddha statue was designed by Tadao Ando, ââa world-renowned architect.
It must be one of the best memories of her trip to Hokkaido, and impressing their friends in their home country.
