We enjoyed a lot here in Sapporo 🏠 and they learned how to make decorative sushi roll in a hands-on workshop.
They must be one of the best memories of their trip to Hokkaido, and impress their friends in their home country.

Washoku was added to the UNESCO Heritage list.
You can learn about Washoku from Yuki who is an experienced decorative sushi roll instructor.
