The international guest of my sushi class in Sapporo and I really enjoyed a day together.🏠 He learned how to make decorative sushi rolls at the hands-on workshop.
He must be one of the best memories of his trip to Hokkaido, and impress his friends in his home country.

Washoku was added to the UNESCO Heritage list.
You can learn about Washoku from Yuki who is an experienced decorative sushi roll instructor.
