The international guest of my sushi class in Sapporo and I really enjoyed a day together.🏠 She learned how to make decorative sushi rolls at the hands-on workshop.
She must be one of the best memories of her trip to Hokkaido, and impress her friends in her home country.

You can learn about Washoku from Yuki who is an experienced decorative sushi roll instructor.
