The international guest of my Wagashi class in Sapporo and I really enjoyed a day together. They learned how to make Wagashi at the hands-on workshop.
It must be one of the best memories of her trip to Hokkaido, and impress her friends in her home country.

You can learn about Washoku from us who are experienced decorative sushi rolls and wagashi ( japanese sweets ) instructors.
